Hello my love's .....I wanted to take a moment to thank each and every one of you who has attended my sound baths at the church over the past few years... Your support, presence, and open hearts have meant the world to me.... 🫶🏼

After some deep reflection, I’ve decided to take a break from holding public sound baths at the church for the time being......This decision hasn’t come lightly, but due to some recent challenges...particularly around childcare and disruptions during a session....it feels right to step back for now and protect the energy I bring into this work....

This is not goodbye....just a gentle pause.....I’m still deeply passionate about sound healing and will continue to offer private sessions....tailored to your needs, using the instruments I connect most deeply with.....my gongs, drums, and Tibetan bowls......

Thank you again for your continued love and support..... I look forward to sharing space with you again in a way that feels grounded, strong, and aligned......

I’m deeply grateful for the calling to share sound as a tool for healing and connection the last few years ...When I bring my gongs..., bowls, and drums into a sacred cleansed space ,it’s more than just a session ..... it’s a journey.......

Through these ancient vibrations,.... we connect to something greater !!! to the earth !!!! the spirit !!! and the energy within us all..... Each sound carries the potential to release, transform, and restore balance..... It’s an honor to hold space for those seeking peace, clarity, and connection......
