🙏 'Namaste Care' Afternoon 🙏
A sensory room was set up creating a welcoming and calming atmosphere for our 'Namaste Care' session.
With relaxing music, scents. northern light effect ceiling visual and lots of tactile sensory items including activity blankets, musical instruments and twiddle muffs.
A one to one experience tailored to each individual was given which included light touch therapy using scented balms and an illuminating time with some experiments with light, colour and shadows 🎆🧘‍♀️🙏
