This is exactly why I do what I do.

My goal is simple- to help you feel confident, refreshed and like you but ‘after a really good night’s sleep’ (as so many new clients say!)

But achieving that isn’t rushed… it takes time.

For me, being a doctor is about continuously learning and improving. Its a career I chose, and that I love- and I want to be the best that I can be.

I can learn something from every interaction I have with a patient or colleague- what went well, what could have been done better, could I change my approach slightly…

Alongside my annual appraisal I also have a GMC revalidation every 5 years. All of my annual appraisals, feedback, reflections, learning etc. is externally reviewed to ensure I continue to meet the standards expected.

I had this recently and receiving that email of approval is such a boost!

Revalidation helps ensure we’re not just practising, but learning and improving.

It’s about:
Continued training to keep skills sharp and knowledge up to date
Building experience that improves patient care and clinical judgment
Reflecting honestly on what’s gone well and what have been done differently
Learning from feedback from patients and colleagues
Setting achievable goals for the years ahead

Because our patients deserve doctors who are committed to excellence, every day, every year 🩺

This April, we’ve teamed up with and for our unpaid collaboration to create the perfect pairing - whatever the weather brings 🍷🕯️

Because let’s be honest… April keeps us guessing. ☀️Sunshine? Pour a chilled glass of sparkling wine and soak it in. ☔️Showers? Light up the beautifully scented ‘April Showers’ candle and embrace the cosy vibes.
