Yoga isn’t about bending yourself into shapes, it’s about finding calm in movement and stillness. Each class will help ease tension, quiet a busy mind, and leave you feeling grounded and refreshed.

🧘 Suitable for all levels. Just bring yourself, a mat if you have one, and an open mind.

5 Mindful Moments
You don’t need an hour-long practice to feel calmer, clearer, and more present.
Try sprinkling these tiny pauses into your day, you might be surprised how much they shift your energy.

🌅 Morning breath
Before reaching for your phone, close your eyes, place one hand on your belly, and take 3 slow breaths. Feel the rise and fall.

☕ Mindful sip
Next time you drink tea, coffee, or water, pause. Notice the warmth, taste, and sensation.

🧘 Stretch break
Stand tall, roll your shoulders, and reach your arms overhead. Take one big breath in and a sigh out.

🌙 Gratitude note
Write down one thing you’re grateful for today. Big or small, it all counts.

💤 Body scan
Before sleep, close your eyes and mentally scan from head to toes. Notice where you’re holding tension, and soften.
