🍂 Weekly Yoga & Pilates in Downham Market 🍂

Looking to move, stretch, and feel good? Come join our friendly yoga & pilates community at Downham Market Town Hall. All levels welcome, no pressure, just good vibes and mindful movement.

Tuesdays
9:30 am — Vinyasa Yoga (energising flow with options for all levels)
10:45 am — Beginners Pilates (gentle, supportive, great for building strength and confidence)

Thursdays
5:30 pm — Pilates (a little more challenge, lots of core work and fun!)
6:30 pm — Evening Yoga Flow (a soothing blend of movement and calm — the perfect end to your day)

Bring: a mat and some water

🌿Pose Spotlight: Square Pose (Agnistambhasana)

We often flow through strength and stretch in vinyasa, but I love weaving in moments of deep stillness too, and Square Pose is one of my favourites for that.

It’s that sweet spot where we pause the movement, take a deep breath, and let all that built-up tension from sitting, squatting, or just life melt away. Square Pose opens the hips, eases the lower back, and helps us slow down between all the strong, flowing parts of class.

It’s a bit of a love/hate relationship for most of us… but your hips will thank you later 😉

Come join the flow, find your square, and see what happens when you just breathe and soften.
