Valentine's Day isn't always easy for everyone, so I thought I would share a gift ❤️

'One Love -Message from the trees

As humans we notice you often tend to look for approval from others.

Unlike us, we know who we are and what we are supposed to do from the moment we germinate.

Whatever seed we are, we know:

Acorn's know how to grow into an Oak Tree
Hazelnut's know how to grow into a Hazel Tree
Pine nut's know how to grow into a Fir Tree, and so on.

All our knowledge comes from within, as does yours!

We see some of you instinctively know who you are. No amount of education or societal patterns can change that.

For others, you have allowed yourself to be moulded into 'what is expected of you'. Often this causes a pattern of constantly looking for approval outside of yourself. (That you're doing OK, being a good person).

This causes you to become further removed from your true self, the seed that holds all your unique gifts, your talents and your divine essence.

Our wish is that more of you take time to step back from expectations and go within to rediscover your original seed qualities.

Learning to embrace your true self allowing you to start accepting all your quirky aspects.

You will find as you stop looking for love and approval and begin to give to yourself instead; others will start to gravitate towards you.

For they begin to see your true divine essence.'

I have been blessed with not just one, but two reiki masters 🙏

If you have been lucky enough to have met Miguel Change from Reiki Maya then you too have been blessed!

Never have i met a person so filled with love, his passion lives on in all our hearts, as we continue his work and sharing Holy Fire ®️III Reiki 🔥

My Transform from our first meeting in Glastonbury to now is beyond belief. The reiki retreat on amorgos where we became family and the marriage ceremony are beyond words !

I am sad for myself that I will never have the human hug or see that smile again.

'Adrienne has also written a book: Seeds of hope.
A precious book that i will go back to at the start of every season to revisit the advice about that season.
I keep a journal when I note down passages or words that resonate, this book is definitely making it to my journal. A fascinating read, inspirational. Highly recommend.
Adrienne has become a mentor. She is such an inspiration, with a lot of cords to her bow. Everybody needs to have an Adrienne in her life. I am lucky she is in mine.'

'I did my level 1 & level 2 training in The Balance Procedue with Adrienne. She is very encouraging and takes time to listen and answer any questions students may have. She certainly walks her talk.
I have also been on Adrienne's Retreats where she led us on some beautiful meditations and held space for others.
She is an amazingly positive joyful lady and you cannot help but smile and be joyful as well as feel safe in her presence.'

'I had a wonderful experience with Adrienne . We sat down at the beginning of the session and discussed what I wanted to get from the session. Then Adrienne went through what she was going to do and what she hoped would happen but if my chakras or anything suggested something else needed doing then the plan would change accordingly . At every stage I was made to feel at ease as I was given a crystal mot and some holy fire reiki . I was taken on an amazing meditation journey I really struggle normally to relax and meditate but Adrienne has such a calming and relaxing voice I just completely went into a deep space and the time just flew by. Afterwards we discussed what she had found and how I could feel afterwards . I would definitely recommend Adrienne to anyone looking for reiki or crystal soul treatments or anything she offers x x'
