We believe that everyone should be respected as an individual and their rights and choices should be promoted to encourage a high quality of life and well-being. All our staff are selected for their caring qualities, empathy for others and are encouraged to put the people they support at the centre of everything they do.
When an initial enquiry is made a friendly member of our team will arrange a home visit with you to discuss your requirements. During the visit we will complete an assessment of your needs. This is so you have the opportunity to tell us how you would like your support to be delivered.
We will always answer any questions and advise you if our assessment has indicated that you require additional support such as multiple carers. We will leave you with a copy of our contract and client guide, giving you a chance to become more familiar with our services and help you to decide if you would like to proceed with us.
Once chosen, Prestbury Care we will agree a service commencement date and produce a personalised care plan for your approval. Using the information you have provided we will carefully match a small team of carers to deliver your care.

How does Prestbury Care select its staff?
All our employees are selected for their empathy for others and caring qualities. Each new appointment is based on an interview, enhanced disclosure check (DBS), full employment history, references and completion of our robust induction process. Upon successful appointment, regular supervision and monitoring of our staff is undertaken by our Quality Team. We believe every step should be taken to safeguard our clients, ensuring only people we would want caring for our family are working for us.
