Nirvana Yoga Studio is situated in the heart of Co.Down boasting panoramic views of the Mourne Mountains and Dundrum Bay. 25 minutes from Belfast will bring you to our purpose built studio which is fully equipped including a rope wall. The use of various props including blocks, belts, chairs and ropes etc ensure the best possible alignment and precision is gained in every asana. This can be undertaken for many physical and emotional conditions where a normal class situation would not be suitable. Students who require specialised instruction and support can benefit from adapted therapeutic classes. We are also the first in Northern Ireland to offer Tri-fly Aerial yoga. The added dimension of weightlessness provided by the hammock lengthens and decompresses the spine aiding in the relief of back pain and greatly improves posture and alignment. "Come as you are", underscores our philosophy and belief that yoga is for everyone, no matter your age, experience, or fitness levels. So whether you are a first time student or an advanced yogi or yogini, we do our best to support your goals and practise, helping you holistically work towards mind/body balance, and push your own "edge", to reach your optimum health and fitness levels. The present is the only state that gives us real happiness and joy ~ Namaste ~

A wonderful review of my soul medicine kambo 💜🐸✨️🙏
Kambo keeps me coming back 🐸

I first took the frog medicine at a time in my life where my mental health was at its lowest. I had been through lots of therapies but couldn't make that final shift or lift that blackness.

Kambo was like a reset, everything felt lighter, brighter and more mangeable. Each ceremony has been very different and not always easy 🤢 but it has reminded me of my inner strength and determination 💫

Aine is an amazing space holder and keeper of the medicine🐸❤️. I wouldn't trust anyone in the same way I trust her to guide me through the ceremony. Highly recommend her beautiful studio and soul if you are considering kambo.
