Stress Awareness Month is a good reminder that looking after your wellbeing doesn’t have to mean making big changes.

Often, it’s the small everyday things that help the most. Taking a proper break. Stepping outside for some fresh air. Giving yourself a moment to reset during a busy day.

This week, the reminder is simply to pause when you can and check in with yourself. Even a few minutes can help take the edge off when things feel full on.
