Slowly my memory of form is returning. It pays to slow down each movement and focus on ex*****on rather than the pace of a routine. That will follow🤩💪🏾

Taking progress vids and pics supports your journey. That way what you see in the mirror (body dysmorphia) is ironed out. My waist is tighter but clearly over the past 4 weeks my shoulders and glutes grew🤣🤣🤦🏽‍♀️ I split my new leggings training glutes and didn’t realise until I saw the vid🤣🤣🤣🤦🏽‍♀️ ❤️❤️

Bodybuilding most think it’s just training, chicken, rice and broccoli but it’s so much more than that. It’s dedication and trusting the process.
Yes, I’m eating more than ever and coach has upped my food again but this hunger is insane. I’ve dropped water weight and fat so my physique is tighter but that’s not the goal right now🤦🏽‍♀️
Bodybuilding considerations coaching, posing, mobility, gym membership, the cost of butt is insane but worth it, the bikini, tan, make up, hair, heels but most of all time! All are required for a successful journey but you know what I’d not considered that you can see in my vid? My happiness with my glutes over the past month… today my butt split my 1 month old leggings mid sesh and I didn’t realise😂 the hidden cost is clothes you’ll need for your ever changing physique 🤣🤣🤦🏽‍♀️ ❤️❤️
