**IMPORTANT NOTICE**

please note there is currently a delay in making and sending the ear savers to those of you who have ordered as I have been in hospital with Sepsis for the last 12 days.

I was hoping to be able to come home on Monday but unfortunately on Thirsday I took a turn for the worse so I am now on 3 different IV antibiotics as my body just keeps rejecting them and causing sepsis symptons even after I had been on IV antibiotics for a week so Ive now got microbiology on the case and they are pulling out the 'big guns' in terns of antibiotics to try and get the infections running round my body under control.

I know a few of you have messaged me asking for updates or where your orders are but Ive been unable to message back as I just dont have the mental capacity right now to be dealing with it as I need to focus all of my energy getting better and healing.

I am really sorry for any inconvinience caused but please do be assured that I will get your ear savers out to you as soon as I physically can

This week we have sent the 10,000th ribbon mask ear saver free of charge to tgose in need! How incredible is that! In just 14 short weeks I have helped over 10,000 people! NHS workers, carers, teachers, key workers, vulnerable people etc. The reviews I have recieved on how much they have helped people have been nothing short of amazing :)

This map below shows all of the postcodes I have so far sent to (i have coloured in where Ive sent too) :D there are 122 postcodes on here - and I have sent to 104 of them already! I cant wait to see if I can get the remaining 18 :D Ive still got over 4000 ear saver orders on my waiting list and orders are still flooding in now more than ever so I cant see it stopping any time soon 😂😂

Today we received an absolutely INCREDIBLE donation from the lovely Jessica Louise Swadling. Just look at all this ribbon! And this isnt even 1/3 of it! :o
There is at least 620metres which will do over 6200 ear savers and will save us hundreds of pounds if we had to buy it!

**IMPORTANT POLITE NOTICE**

First of all I want to thank the vast majority of all of you who have ordered for being so lovely and patient when waiting for your order of ear savers to arrive :)

However the other day I received a message asking if I had any idea of when their order would be with them as they were 'still waiting'. I quickly thought that i was going to have to profusely apologise as I must have missed someones order etc so i looked back to find out exactly how long ago they had ordered. Only to find that it hadnt even been 40 HOURS! Yes HOURS!

Please remember when you are ordering ribbon mask ear savers that I am not Amazon Prime 😂😂 remember that each and every ear saver is made BY HAND! The ribbon is cut by hand. Each piece of ribbon is singed with a lighter by hand. Every single button is carefully sewn on by hand. Once washed each ear saver is placed into individual packets before being sealed, the instruction stickers stuck on and the date and time wrote on the labels again all by hand. Once a week I package up the orders and address the packages before my mum takes them to the post office where she can spend several hours each week! All of this does not include the admin which I do to take orders. This weekend alone I probably replied to over 1000 messages!

Over the last 12 weeks I have made and sent out almost 10,000 ear savers! There is just me doing everything and 5 other people who help with sewing the buttons on.

I am only human. A severely disabled human at that. I have crippling pain 24 hours a day. Endless fatigure alongside multiple other things.I am only able to do so much. I understand that you all need your ear savers. That you want to receive them ASAP. Believe me I know. But please believe that I am doing my absolute best.

Currently orders are taking approximately 3 weeks for me to send them out. But trust I am getting them done as quickly as I can :)

Trying to cut ribbon with a broken finger.... was unsuccessful! So im gonna need a bit of help with that job so please bare with me :)

Myself and several close people around me are working to make these ear savers as quickly as I can. We aim to send out between 900-1200 every week. And currently have over 4500 currently on the order books!
