This has been a very difficult decision to make but we have decided not to sell any more gift vouchers here at The Olive Tree 😞
I know lots of you will be wondering why 🤔
Well as lots of you know over the past four years since Covid we have received a huge amount of complaints about our vouchers only being valid for six months and endless abuse when we can’t extend them.
I personally have had verbal abuse, unbelievable threats and sheer rudeness like I’ve never experienced before. Which has brought us all to tears on many occasions.
The reasons why we felt it the right time is because we are a small business and the ever growing demand for our services each year is becoming impossible to accommodate.
So our regular clients can’t get booked in when they need to because lots of new people (who we don’t know) have booked us up.
So hopefully this will alleviate our endless daily challenges and start to run the business more smoothly and once again give our regular clients more choice of appointment times.
I am aware this may send out mixed signals and rumours 😏
The Olive Tree is going strong and will continue to do so. 😁
I do hope you understand why we have done this and apologise for those people who love receiving our vouchers x

THEY ARE HERE!!

Our Pedi Pops and Buffer Bits have been restocked just in time for Christmas and are the perfect gift!

Unfortunately I think Santa has had a lot on recently and had a stressful day because they have only just been found outside in the rain overnight:( Luckily no Pedi Pops have been harmed in these harsh weather conditions and I'm sure an apology letter from Santa is in the post and on it's way, Lets just hope it isn't washed away!!😂
