🛑 Most people take their supplements at the wrong time of day!
But timing matters ⏰
Some supplements and vitamins work best on an empty stomach.
Others absorb best with food.
And a few are often taken later in the day 💤
Here’s a simple guide:
☀️ Morning → iron, probiotics, vitamin C
🍽 With meals → vitamin D, omega-3, multivitamins
🌙 Evening → magnesium, zinc, calcium
