At Yoga Tree Leeds, every class begins and ends with this sacred word Namaste.
But why?

✨ At the start, it’s an invitation to arrive fully with humility, gratitude, and presence.

✨ At the end, it’s a gentle closing to honour the space we’ve created, the practice we’ve shared, and the connection between teacher and student.

Namaste means “the light in me honours the light in you” a beautiful reminder that we are all connected. 💛

This small word holds big energy. It brings balance, harmony, and a sense of peaceful wholeness.
