Come along to a yin yoga class, at Yoga Tree Leeds.
The welcoming studio is nestled in the grounds of Tong Hall. Set back from the main road. With ample free parking 🅿️

Yin yoga is perfect if you prefer to hold poses for longer, enjoy a floor based practice and like to have use the bolsters and props for added support.

We have evening classes, on Monday and Thursday…
There is also a class this Wednesday 10am.

✨ Tadasana (Mountain Pose) – Teaches grounded posture and lifts the arches
