Mandy dropped out of her Target after a few holidays over the summer , but she’s never missed group , coming in every week facing challenges, but in group got the support she needed to get back on track all the way back to Target 🎯

Bev loves coming to group , it’s ‘her’ time to soak up the tips , ideas , sharing , having a natter with her new friends in group and laughs too , Bev knows the highs and lows of slimming but never falters , she just keeps going .

This is Elaine , she attends our Drighlington group and is now a fabulous target member , it’s not all been plain sailing for Elaine but she never gave up ❤️ this time last year Elaine had a heart attack and thankfully she recovered ok , did she give up ? No , after a couple of weeks recovering she was straight back into group to continue her journey knowing that keeping the weight off keeps her healthier and fitter 🥰

My lovely members Mark & Dee have lost over 7 stones between them 😮
Absolutely brilliant 👏👏👏 they both attend my 5.30 pm group in Drighlington and are part of my amazing social team , they come to group every week even on those weeks when it’s not gone to plan , Dee is now a Target member , attending group to keep her on track , come and meet them and start your journey too ❤️
