What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy‑healing practice that works with the body’s natural life force. It helps to rebalance your energy, soothe the nervous system, and create a sense of inner steadiness. Many people describe it as a soft return to themselves — a moment where the mind quietens and the body remembers how to rest.
Reiki supports overall wellbeing, eases stress, and releases tension that we often carry without realising. It can be especially helpful during times of emotional overwhelm, change, or fatigue, offering a calm space for the body and spirit to settle.
As a practitioner, I act as a channel for this universal energy. My hands rest lightly on or hover just above the body, allowing the energy to flow where it’s needed most.
Nothing is forced.
Reiki is completely non‑invasive, deeply respectful, and meets you exactly where you are.
Some people feel warmth, tingling, or a gentle wave of calm. Others simply feel held — a sense of being supported, grounded, and reconnected with their own inner wisdom.
I offer two Reiki experiences:
• a straightforward Reiki healing session, focusing purely on energy flow and restoration
• a Reiki session combined with a guided meditation, ideal if you’d like a deeper, more immersive journey into stillness and self‑connection
