Yoga classes this week:
Monday - Slow flow at 18.30 - 19.30 with Lynsey Piff,
This a lovely flow to set you up for your week ahead, guiding you on the mat then ending with an extended assisted Savasana.
Wednesday - Ashtanga at 18.00-19.00 with Ian Miller
This is a hard class to build up strength and concentration, a way to sculpt your body and mind.
Thursday - Yin at 18.30-19.30 with Jane Palmer
This is a class where you hold the poses for 3-5 minutes in a passive stretch; a great class to stretch the body and calm the mind.
Saturday - Ashtanga at 8-9.30 with Ian Miller
This is the full primary series to build up strength and concentration.
Saturday- Vinyasa flow at 9.45-10.45 with Kate Thackary
This is power vinyasa flow with lots of core, to get you fit and glide through your weekend.
Saturday - Yoga basics at 9.45-10.45 with Lynsey Piff
This is to introduce you into the world of yoga, guide you through alignment and learn breathing techniques.
