Emergencies
We aim to see registered patients of the practice with severe pain or swelling within 24 hours. Please ring the practice as soon as possible so we can try and see you the same day. Complaints
We aim to provide you with a high level of care. However if you do have any concerns or comments, please contact a member of the team or speak to our practice manager, who will try to deal with the problem as quickly as possible. Zero Tolerance
Patients who are rude, abusive or who exhibit threatening behaviour or actual violence will be removed from the practice list in line with the Zero Tolerance Policy. Data Protection
We need to keep comprehensive and accurate personal data about our patients in order to provide them with safe and appropriate dental care. Personal data about you is held in the practice’s computer system. The information is not accessible to the public and only authorised members of staff have access to it. Treatment Charges
Band 1: £23.80 includes an examination, diagnosis and advice. If necessary, it also includes X-rays, a scale and polish and planning for further treatment. Band 2: £65.20 includes all treatment covered by Band 1, plus additional treatment, such as fillings, root canal treatment and removing teeth (extractions). Band 3: £282.80 includes all treatment covered by Bands 1 and 2, plus more complex procedures, such as crowns, dentures and bridges. Private charges vary depending on the treatment required. Please note that you will be asked to make a payment on your first visit
If you are on any benefits or exemptions please bring proof with you to each dental visit as this may entitle you to free treatment. Appointments
To make an appointment at the practice please call in or give us a ring on 01905 799547. Reminders of appointments can be sent out via email or a text message service. Cancellation of Appointments
The time of the dentists is very valuable. If you cannot keep an appointment, please give the practice 24 hours notice so that we can offer the time to another patient. Failure to do so may result in a charge.
