🌸 Sophie’s Birth Story 🌸

Sophie joined the January’s Pregnancy Relaxation Course and from day one of meeting Sophie, we had lots of giggles over the 5 weeks!

I love that Sophie called the tools and techniques she learned, Blossom Techniques and I think I should call them this going forward! 🙊

I’m so happy that Sophie had a calm and positive birth with Samuel! 💙

🌸 Rachael’s Birth Story 🌸

Rachael joined one of my Pregnancy Relaxation Courses back in October. I then had the lovely privilege of going to meet Rachael’s partner and gorgeous dog Ted 🐾 at their home and do the 1-1 Essentials Hypnobirthing Workshop.

I was so happy to receive this birth story from Rachael and so pleased that she achieved such a positive and calm birth with Louis! 💙

🌸 Easter Pregnancy Relaxation Taster 🌸

Yesterday was such a lovely and positive day!

I met 6 lovely moms to be and it was so lovely to watch them all get to know each other and enjoy hearing about the tools and techniques that they are going to get to learn about, and that will give them the confidence, positivity and empowerment in their pregnancy and labour and birth!

Still 3 spaces on the June course!

Today I met with the lovely Luna Rose Photography to visit the venue to see how we can make next week as beautiful as it can be. How to set it up and where we want to put everything 🌸

I will be sending out an email to all those booked on over the weekend to give you some more information about what to bring and wear etc

Luna Rose Photography has also kindly said that you can also contact her for more information about the pregnancy photo shoot.

We are really looking forward to it and can’t wait to meet and see you all 🩷

I feel so lucky that through doing this job I get to make new mum friends aswell as meeting and snuggling the gorgeous babies I first meet as a bump!

Today was snuggles with Beautiful Olivia, who I can’t believe is nearly 6 months already! 🩷

I first met Becci Bevan when she was my first pregnancy Relaxation client and now not only have we become friends but so have our gorgeous doggies 🐾

🌸 Review 🌸

I received this beautiful review yesterday and it really has warmed my heart!

Rachael joined the Pregnancy Relaxation Course in October and was an absolute joy to share that part of her pregnancy journey with her!

I then did a 1-1 with Rachael and her partner Tom and of course gorgeous Ted! 🐾

Such a lovely couple and to be able to support them in teaching them the tools and techniques and see Rachael feel even more empowered at the end of the Workshop, is why I do this job!
