After suffering from an injury I discovered that the only relief I got was from sports massage and Reflexology - a lot of people don't know enough about reflexology and presume its nonsense - well if it was I would not be promoting or practicing it to begin with it is totally above board and just restores out bodies back to their natural balance. A few clients have been asking me about this for a while, so here it is. 😊

CUPPING THERAPY MASSAGE

This non evasive ancient technique is used to treat tension, arthritis and other conditions in conjunction with a Swedish massage. 🙌

This involves a cupping machine, which lifts the skin to create a vacuum, lifting
the underlying tissues to increase blood flow, promotes muscle repair and relieve pain. 😮‍💨
