Reiki is a deeply personal experience, and affects people differently.

For me it was life changing - helping me to become 'unstuck' and settling my nervous system enough to give me headspace to make some changes. Including training to be a Reiki practitioner so I can help other people...

In recent sessions I have worked with clients who have experienced some amazing benefits including:

⭐️ Processing grief, feeling calmer and brighter - so much so that people commented that they looked different the next day
⭐️ Feeling better prepared mentally to deal with a difficult anniversary
⭐️ Experiencing physical energy despite having chronic fatigue and ME
⭐️ Processing and releasing difficult emotions after a session (known as a healing response)
⭐️ Feeling like pain was being drawn out of their body
⭐️ Feeling like they'd had a good night's sleep for the first time in ages

All of these experiences are the reason that I love working with Reiki energy and supporting people to feel better in whatever way they need. The Reiki energy will always flow to where it is needed.

Ease out of the week and into the weekend on Friday with our monthly Yin and Sound Relaxation class with Nic.

Treat yourself to a blissful hour of floor based postures supported by props like bolsters, pillows, blocks and blankets allowing you to settle and relax into the longer holds for deep connective tissue release. The practice will end with a 30 minute sound bath to complete the relaxation.

If you're feeling in need of a deep stretch it's a great practice for releasing tight muscles and tissues helping improve joint mobility and circulation
If you're feeling a bit stressed or weary as the week comes to an end it will help bring a sense of calmness and ease to your mind and body refreshing you for the weekend ahead.
