After over a year on maternity leave, my specialist Pre Natal Fitness Programme is finally back this June π€°π»
Designed to help you stay active safely throughout pregnancy, these classes combine strength, mobility and low-impact cardio to support your body, ease common aches and pains, and prepare you for birth and recovery.
Safe from 13β38 weeks and suitable for all fitness levels. No need to be a regular exerciser.
What to expect:
