Pre Natal Fitness is back 🀍

Staying active during pregnancy can make such a difference to how you feel, both during pregnancy and in recovery after birth β€οΈβ€πŸ©ΉπŸ’ͺ🏼

After over a year on maternity leave, my specialist Pre Natal Fitness Programme is finally back this June 🀰🏻

Designed to help you stay active safely throughout pregnancy, these classes combine strength, mobility and low-impact cardio to support your body, ease common aches and pains, and prepare you for birth and recovery.

Safe from 13–38 weeks and suitable for all fitness levels. No need to be a regular exerciser.

What to expect:
🀰🏽 Pregnancy-safe strength training
🀰🏽 Low Impact Cardio
🀰🏽 Core and pelvic floor work
🀰🏽 Mobility and breathwork
🀰🏽 A relaxed, supportive space with other mums-to-be

Modern life means we're often juggling a lot of stuff, causing our nervous system to get stuck on high alert.

Reiki can help to calm the nervous system and restore balance to a busy brain.

I was priviledged to be present at one of Ute's early Friday Evening Sound Bath Relaxations on Margaret River and the gift of a Sound Massage with her inspired me to train with her in the Peter Hess Sound Method.
While I've been in Margaret River this year I've been able to attend weekly Sound Baths (Monday morning - what an amazing way to start the week) and receive two Sound Massages.
She's right, the world of Sound has changed massively since then. , but the principles of practice I learned from her remain constant and I hope I am able to embody them in the Sound Bath experiences I offer at the studio - less really can be more πŸ™

✨ Strong Mama Fitness (Evenings)
Starts Monday 13th April - 8-9pm
6-week programme designed to keep you consistent, motivated, and progressing week to week, perfect once baby or kids are settled and you can take that time for you 🀍

✨ Strong Mama Circuits (Saturday Mornings)
Starts Saturday 18th April - 07:30-08:30am
Flexible PAYG or class packs, ideal if weekends work better for childcare and you want to get your workout done early πŸ’ͺ🏼

Both classes are designed for mums (from 3+ months and beyond) looking to rebuild strength, core stability, fitness, and confidence in a relaxed, supportive environment alongside other local mums.

Yoga for Alignment

Improve your strength and stability in postures, work your core and stretch the muscles that need to loosen up a bit. This class is slow and controlled and also a good workout πŸ’ͺ

I tell all my massage clients yoga done properly is the best thing for injury prevention and recovery, improvement in posture and reduction of general aches and pains.

Postures can be adapted to a level to suit your body. So this class is suitable for all abilities.

As well as balancing your body regular yoga practice helps to rebalance your mind and nervous system something we all definitely need right now!

Classes are held on Wednesday 6.45-8pm at Dronfield Yoga and Wellbeing Studio, 10A High Street.
