My name is Angela and my passion is reflexology, reiki and helping people feel the best they can.

I’ve recently been researching using reflexology to go deeper with helping on an emotional level.
Now I’m ready for my next journey!

Whilst listening to an interview on radio with people suffering from PLP (phantom limb pain) it jumped out at me. There was my next calling.
🙏Do you suffer from PLP?

👉Research is still emerging, but early studies suggest reflexology *may help some people reduce phantom limb pain*, easing intensity and frequency for certain individuals. 🦶💫

Sammy, longingly staring out the window… waiting for the rain to stop, the sun to appear and to warm his old bones.
If you have a cat, you’ll know the struggle… 😹

With the occasional glance as if I personally scheduled this weather.
He asks and asks for me to “sort it out” and I really wish I could—just to see him trotting around the garden again, supervising the birds and judging the neighbours.

But for now, he’ll have to settle for my chair in the garden room, the warmth from the little gas fire, stretched out like royalty in front of the gas fire, gazing up the garden and still somehow making me feel guilty for letting the rain fall. ☔🔥🐾
