So, it's about time I shared a little secret with you all.....π€«
Don't worry, I'm not moving again!! π¬π€£
I've recently been working with a family friend of mine, creating a few little products to use in my treatments and to also sell to clients or anyone who is interested.
Believe it or not I've been getting educated!!π
π±On CBD oil! π±
Something that I've obviously heard of but not really paid much attention to.π€
Well recently I've been using products, learning and working alongside CBD.
I've been so surprised in what it can actually do.
As you all know, my back pain has been really affecting my work and everyday life so I tried some of the CBD oil that I've been involved in the making of.
Now don't get me wrong, it's not got rid of the pain or cured me in any way, but it certainly has eased the area and allowed the pain to be more manageable.
So it got me thinking, would this be an oil that my clients would use? Benifiting those aches and pains, helping with sleep and relaxation. (Obviously I would always advise clients if they have issues such as back bain to go and seek advice from your GP or a physiotherapist.
Please remember I'm based on relaxation!) π
Also would this be something my clients would be interested in as a balm for reflexology?
Bath salts containing CBD and essential oils can be created also, for those who love a good soak in the tub after their massage! (Obviously in your home as I don't have a bath I can offer π€£π€£)
I have also recently used this oil on a very regular client of mine, after they had their massage, they didnt feel any aching after the oil has been used.
Obviously i would only use CBD oil on those interested. I'm not fully changing over to CBD oil!
But id be grateful of any feedback and if it's something you would consider or not!
Any questions, please ask away! π
