💚 World Mental Health Day – 10th October 💚

For this year’s World Mental Health Day, the focus is on the mental health impact of repeated exposure to news coverage of crises and conflicts. Doomscrolling.

The world is going through a difficult time right now, and even if you’re not directly affected by events, it can still feel like a lot to cope with. Remember — it’s okay to ask for help, no matter what you or anyone else is going through.

We may not be able to change everything happening in the world, but we can take steps to protect our own wellbeing and support others.
Taking care of your mental health is always important — especially when the world feels heavy. 💚

🌕 Don't Miss the Blood Moon – September 7, 2025 🌕

On September 7, we’ll get to see a total lunar eclipse lasting nearly 1 hour and 7 minutes. As the Moon passes into Earth’s shadow, it will turn a deep red — what’s often called a Blood Moon. 🌑🔴
