☀️ Scotland might not be famous for its heat, but don’t be fooled—hot weather can be dangerous. Heat doesn’t have to be extreme to put your health at risk. The Practice is closed on Monday 14th July so please remember that prolonged exposure can lead to:
🔥 Heat exhaustion
🥵 Heatstroke
🌞 Painful sunburn
Even a sunny day here at home can cause problems if you're not careful.
✅ Stay hydrated
✅ Wear sunscreen
✅ Take breaks in the shade
✅ Check on vulnerable friends and family
