A chance for patients to hear and discuss the latest news about the surgery and raise their concerns; we encourage as many patients as possible to attend ❗️

We hope for there to be representation from NHS Highland but they will provide a statement if not. 🤞

We are looking for a new Convener for the PPG so if anyone is willing or interested please contact the practice or David Fraser Counsellor for discussion.

If you have received a recall letter recently please call (01456) 450 577 to make an appointment.
We have a female GP who can carry these out in the coming weeks!

Cervical Screening is important because they prevent cervical cancer by detecting high-risk Human Papillomavirus (HPV) and abnormal cell changes in the cervix early on, allowing for treatment before the cells become cancerous.

They are effective because they catch these changes before they become a problem, and they are recommended for all women and people with a cervix aged 25 to 64 - You must have received a recall letter. If you haven't and are not due we cannot carry these out early unless you consult with a GP.

The surgery is now back to VERY limited GP resources for the next few weeks. We are working hard to secure Locums but this is very difficult at short notice.
You may receive a call to reschedule/cancel your appointment and we apologise for inconvenience caused but this situation is out with our control.

Please BE KIND to the staff you are speaking to it is NOT THEIR FAULT we are in this situation.
