I’ve been thinking about what truly makes a yoga teacher stand out. Good teachers are capable and kind, but greatness comes from a deeper place, ongoing reflection, study, and generous presence.

It isn’t the complexity of your sequences or the number of trainings you’ve completed. It’s how you show up, how you hold space, and the genuine care you offer your students.

When you’re open to learning and unlearning, and you commit to growth time and again, you create a practice that reaches beyond poses and brings people home to themselves.
