We just wrapped our first Running Retreat with Retreat Scotland and what a weekend it was!

The best time with an amazing team.
We kicked things off with dynamic running drills to build form and efficiency.
A good stretch session to keep everyone fluid and fresh.
Educational talks on hills, cadence, and pacing to tackle climbs with confidence. Spin class.
Lots of practice runs up into the hills, putting what we learned into action.

When it was time to unwind, the Wellness Suite offered the perfect recovery space.
Comfortable relaxation, spa-like comforts, and space to recharge.
Delicious, nourishing meals that fueled our days and satisfied every palate.

We finished the weekend on a soothing note with a sound bath, leaving us relaxed and centered.
