Crystal of the Day: Apophylite 🤍

Found in volcanic rock, Apophylite often draws attention due to its beautiful sparkle. Its name comes from the Greek word for "leaf", this is due to how easily the crystal flakes when heated.

Apophylite is said to promote deep relaxation and increase the clarity of dreams. Its soothing energy is often used to calm the mind and reduce stress, bringing a sense of calm to the wearer. It is a great addition to any healing or meditation space, as it is reputed to amplify healing energies such as Reiki.

It truly is a very beautiful crystal.
If you're looking to add it to your collection, we have a few Apophylite in the shop ranging in varying shapes and sizes. Let us know which one catches your eye the next time you visit 👀🔮✨

🌈♾️ Next Thursday we have our monthly Space event!

Space is a drop in for LGBTQ+ and/or neurodiverse folks at Tir na nOg. If you're looking for somewhere to be yourself and do some gentle crafting we'd love to have you along. We meet on the third Thursday evening of the month in the Soup Dragon Café from 5 til 8pm.

On Thursday 20th November the optional craft will be Julehjerte - a traditional Scandinavian Yule decoration. All materials provided, and as always you're welcome to bring a project of your own to work on.

Coming soon: Reiki 1 Training Course 🤲🏼

During this course you will:
- Learn about the history of Reiki, and how it continues to evolve
- Discover how to track your own energy and perceive other people's energetic fields
master techniques to hold clear positive intention and focus
- Experience meditations and exercises for channelling Reiki, protecting your own energy field, and grounding yourself
- Receive two attunements over the course of the weekend, supporting your connection to Reiki
- Enjoy a small group class with plenty of individual support, and flexible learning with time for questions
- Leave confident and capable in giving Reiki to yourself, your family, and friends

All course materials are provided, and ongoing support and development is available in person, by email and at regular Reiki share classes.
