A shift in perspective can change everything.
Sometimes we spend so long looking at ourselves through one lens that we stop seeing the full picture.
We focus on the gaps.
The things we haven’t done.
The areas where we don’t feel “ready enough.”
The reasons we might not be enough.
And then something shifts.
Not because we suddenly became more capable overnight…
but because we finally started recognising the value in the experience, skills and strengths we already had.
So many professional women do this.
We downplay ourselves.
We dismiss things that come naturally to us.
We overlook the resilience, adaptability and knowledge we’ve built over years because it just feels “normal” to us.
But sometimes the biggest breakthrough isn’t becoming someone new.
It’s seeing yourself more clearly.
