Hello. Thanks for visiting my page. I am a celebrant serving within the West Midlands, having trained specifically for funeral services. I knew for a long time that this was the right vocation for me. I have three particular passions: making a positive difference to other people, public speaking and creative writing.
This is why I am passionate about providing a ‘one of a kind’ service for your ‘one of a kind’. I consider it a privilege to prepare and conduct a service, which is unique and which captures the essence of both the personality and the precious memories of the deceased.
The service may include some religious or spiritual elements or none at all. Music, special sounds, readings, prayers or poems may be included. There are many special touches and gestures, which may be added to ensure the service is personalised. Together, we will look at the best options for the best tribute, which will stay in hearts and minds for always. I will be guided by your wishes.
Although funerals are undoubtedly sad occasions, they are also an opportunity for us to give and receive comfort, to reflect and to feel uplifted as we celebrate the life of your ‘one of a kind’.
Bereavement brings about a range of emotions and it is important that as your celebrant I will offer empathy, support, sensitivity, compassion, respect and gentle guidance during your difficult time.
I trained with the Fellowship of Professional Celebrants and am now a member of this wonderful organisation, which has high standards of training and expects the highest integrity from its members.
