Not every transformation shows up on the scales.

Got totally wiped out with a migraine yesterday 😩 however my wonderful partner James kept everything going and even remembered to take pictures of the amazing beef stew he made us 😍

☕ I’m a coffee addict. Don’t speak to me before my first cup unless you enjoy danger 🤣

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 I have two amazing children and a very patient partner, James (he deserves a medal)

🐾 I have a spoiled cat called Dave who runs the house and allows us to live there

✨ I’m a Reiki Master, ear candle therapist & crystal healer — basically the only time I am calm 🤭 🧘‍♀️

🎤 I LOVE karaoke. Confidence: 100%. Singing ability: questionable 🤣🥳
