This week is organ donor week. I am so proud to have played a small part by becoming a living kidney donor in August 😊 After 6 weeks off, I’m now ready to get back to the job I love and will be conducting funerals again. Direct/unattended cremations have increased in popularity in recent times due to reduced costs. They are the not the right thing to choose for many people. However, if this feels right for you then just remember that you do not have to use a national company advertising on the television. All of your local funeral directors will offer unattended cremations providing a much more personal experience for you and your family.
Where do I fit in?
A celebrant led service can be held anywhere, even at your wake venues after the cremation has taken place. Here is a review that I had earlier this year when I conducted the service in the pub. What an uplifting celebration of life it was too…….
