“A fantastic day. It was a lovely mix of education exercise and relaxation. Ruth is so knowledgeable and shared the information in a clear and enthusiastic way giving some invaluable tips. The pilates and dance sessions were great and very enjoyable. Everyone was encouraged to do what they can and sensitivity was given to different needs. The lunch was delicious healthy and tasty. The wellbeing session at the end was very relaxing and finished the day off nicely. It was a well planned and well presented day and I thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish.”

Review: Post natal Pelvic health physio appt.

“My appointment with Ruth was professional throughout, well organised and she explained everything prior to the assessment and throughout the assessment, ensuring I was okay to go ahead with everything first which made me feel at ease and comfortable. After the assessment my whole body and pelvic floor felt relaxed I found the assessment with Ruth 100% beneficial. She followed up by sending over a plan of exercises and stretches to do in detail promptly after the assessment and a detailed report.

I attended my first Pilates class as a complete beginner and absolutely loved the experience. Ruth was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which instantly put me at ease. Her expertise was very reassuring—she took the time to ensure everyone was moving correctly, which I really appreciated, especially since I have a back condition. I’m already looking forward to the next class!

Review:

My first time doing Pilates EVER !! And i enjoyed every second of it, and i can not wait to come and do it all again next week. Ruth explained everything from start to finish, checking and making sure everyone was comfortable with the exercises, making it so simple to understand. Cant wait for next weeks session !! Highly recommend 🤍

2: I've been doing Move to Music classes since Ruth started them.

After a stressful day at work it's nice to just forget everything and dance 💃

Really easy to learn fun routines to great tunes that gives you a feel good factor and releases those happy endorphins. I always leave with a smile on my face and a spring in my step!

4: I love move it to music! Ruth is so encouraging and enthusiastic. It’s a fun class where it doesn’t matter what your abilities are. As long as you are moving with a smile on your face Ruth is happy! I’m 52 and my daughter is 23. It’s fantastic that we have found a fun activity that we can enjoy together that benefits our health .
