NOTICE TO ALL PATIENTS:

IMPORTANT CHANGES TO HOW YOU CONTACT THE PRACTICE FROM THURSDAY 20TH NOVEMBER 2025

This means that all requests for GP or nurse appointments will need to be submitted via our online form.
When you submit a request, our team will review the information you provide and decide the most appropriate next step. This might be a phone call, an in-person appointment, or advice sent to you directly. This means that all requests for GP or nurse appointments will need to be submitted via our online form, available on our website.
We understand that this is a change from how things have been done before, and some patients may find it difficult at first. Please be assured that we will support any patients who are unable to complete the online form themselves — our reception team can fill in the form for you over the phone or in person at the surgery.
We are making this change as part of our commitment to the Modern General Practice model, which is required by NHS England. It will help us to make sure that every request is seen by the right person, in the right timeframe, and that we use our appointments as effectively as possible.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we make this important improvement to how we care for our patients.

Our mammogram screening programme is now due, in preparation for this, we would like to invite you to attend an informal breast screening drop in event at the surgery on Thursday 10th April 2025 between 3.30-5.30pm. Due to unforeseen circumstances our mammogram screening drop in event for today, Thursday 6th March at the surgery between 4pm-6pm has had to be cancelled. Apologies for any inconvenience and we will let you know when we have rearranged another event.
