Abbie became part of the DHC family in 2022 as a Community Care Worker — at just 17 years old, starting her very first job! 💪

Since then, Abbie has achieved so much — from learning to drive and purchasing her first car 🚗 to stepping up into her new role as a Senior Carer.

We’re extremely proud of Abbie’s hard work, growth, and dedication to providing outstanding care. 🌟

 Who are we looking for?
 Previous experience in Health and Social Care is not necessary as we have an extensive colleague training & development programme
 Naturally caring people with a compassionate nature
 A positive attitude that reflects our organisation's values
 Alternative weekends are required
 Driving license and have own transport is preferred
 Areas Halesowen and Stourbridge
 You will need to ensure that accurate and detailed records are made regarding each visit so a good level of literacy is required.
