As many hand release press ups as you can in 69 seconds.

Just a snippet of the ridiculous shoulder session I put and myself through today.

Shoulders completed ☑️

You know they are completed when you can lift your arms up for the hour afterwards 🤣

Heavy descending pyramid sets with a few drop sets thrown in at the end.

Final week of this phase of our periodisation focusing on more hypertrophy than the usual strength and power.

Tendons feel so much better and the old CNS isn’t constantly fried.

Happy with a couple of sets of 8 reps on the 40kgs as well.

Looking forward to the next phase with some heavier weights been lifted 🏋️‍♂️

So please with progression on her Deadlift over the last few months.

Breaking down all the cues so it has become automatic and nailing the technique to prevent any injuries as she has always been scared of injuring her back and has previously suffered from a lot of back pain.

But with steady progressive overload and supplement exercises to work on the weaker links we have now built a solid foundation and her back feels and is stronger than ever.

Well done Ri we will get you to the lifetime goal of 💯kg 💪

Little pizza 🍕 experiment 🔬

A lot less calories than your normal takeaway pizza 📉

I have to say wow that was so easy and soooo tasty 🤤 recipe below ⬇️

• 2 wraps
• pizza sauce (I made mine with passata, tomato puree, garlic, mixed herbs, pinch of salt and sugar)
• mozzarella cheese or low fat cheese

• stack them on top of each for 10 mins in pre heated oven of 175

• take out the oven after 10 mins and add your pepperoni (also sprinkled chilli flakes and some extra cheese

• put back in the oven for 2 mins
• cool off and enjoy 👍
