WOW! We have the loveliest patients.
She was so grateful for our services, she got up before 6am to prepare and cook this cake for us all before her 9am review appointment.
It tasted even better than you could imagine. 🍰👅

The land line telephones are going digital. Mine went digital today. It didn't work and now no-one can call me. The phone company emailed me a list of the 35 calls I'd missed. What a phaff. 🤨
