Mental Health Together Mental Health Together engage with Derbyshire and Derby mental health receivers and carers to influence positive change.

Part of the NHS Derby and Derbyshire Integrated Care Board. We welcome anybody with lived experience to be an Expert by Experience. We are here to ensure patients, service receivers and carers are involved in how health and social care services are run. By sharing your experiences you could help shape decisions about how services are changed.

Loneliness Awareness Week runs from Monday 9th June to Friday 15th June.

Derbyshire Dales CVS are hosting a community event on Thursday 12 June 2025, from 10.30am until 1pm at The Lime Tree, Lime Tree Business Park, Lime Tree Road, Matlock DE4 3EJ.

This free event is open to everyone and helps combat loneliness one step at a time. 👥

We are thrilled to invite the community group that you are part of, your volunteers, and your attendees to our next Social Connectedness Event. The event is for all kinds of community groups.

Are you looking for new members or volunteers? Community groups can have a FREE table at the Market Place style event to publicise their group to the public. It will also be a chance for you to enjoy some social time yourselves and chat and meet other local community groups. Refreshments will be available throughout the event.

The event will be at The Lime Tree, Matlock, on Thursday 12th June 2025 10.30am - 1pm

Meet John, an Expert by Experience and co-founder of Chatterbox Cafe mental health drop-in.

Chatterbox Cafe is facilitated by John and peers who understand wellbeing through their own lived experiences.
Anyone is welcome.
It is friendly safe space open every Friday 10am-12pm in the Derbion Community Hub, (a small setting located on an entrance/exit at Derby Shopping Centre). ☺️
