THE END IS IN SIGHT!

As we are getting closer to the end of Lockdown and being able to participate in sport again, it is important to make sure our bodies are in a fit state to take the extra strain.

After many months of extra sitting, working at the kitchen table and general lack of exercise, now is the time to eliminate those aches and pains and improve spinal mobility so we are able to enjoy our sport without getting injured.

Appointments available in Dukinfield!

I would like to confirm that I have appointments available during this lockdown. As a healthcare provider, under current government guidelines I am classed as essential/ medical care.

Strict hygiene measures are being undertaken to keep patients and myself as safe as possible. All surfaces will be thoroughly sanitised between appointments. Disposable couch roll will be used, masks will be worn and as always frequent washing of hands. All patients will have their temperature taken before treatment commences.
