Today we said goodbye to a very special man - our ‘Bazzaroo’ Barrie Thorpe. The room was filled with his family and friends, showing just how loved he was by all who knew him.
Also, it was so lovely to see some past members of the group come along to remember our wonderful Barrie ❤️

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Barrie Thorpe.
A funeral service to celebrate Barrie’s life will be held at:
Dukinfield Crematorium�Monday, 15th September at 11:30 a.m.
Barrie brought colour and joy to so many lives, and we ask that you join us in honouring him by wearing colourful clothing—a true celebration of life, just as he would have wanted.
After the service, please join us for refreshments at:
Hyde Festival Theatre
In lieu of flowers, donations are kindly requested in support of Tameside Youth Drama Group—Barrie’s wish for his much-beloved organisation that meant so much to him and to many young people.
He will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.
