If it is nutrition and diet advise you are after please contact me we can plan a consultation go through our aims and help you get on your way. I also do weekly yoga and mobility/strengthening classes or 1-2-1 sessions.

I'm sure that Maranoia is well & truly kicking in
But just know you have done all you can
Don't overthink this last day just rest up, do some gentle mobility or walking to keep the legs ticking, don't go too mad on the "carb loading" you need to be able to move tomorrow 😄 and don't go off too fast just stick to your race (unless there's a dinosaur chasing you down!! 😂

But most importantly...make sure you enjoy it!!
