Spring Revival Workshop - 21st March, Dulverton Town Hall

With the lighter mornings and the first signs of green returning on Exmoor, I wanted to send a quick reminder about the upcoming workshop:

Spring Revival – Herbal Vinegars & Tonic Teas
Saturday 21st March 2026
10:00–12:00
Dulverton Town Hall
£40/person

The session is now half full, and I’m keeping numbers small so that everyone has space to ask questions and work hands-on.

We’ll be exploring traditional spring herbs such as nettle and dandelion, and you’ll prepare:

• A mineral-rich herbal vinegar to take home
• A seasonal tonic tea blend

This workshop is designed to be grounded and practical — simple preparations that reconnect us with seasonal rhythms and support the body gently as we move into spring.

his hands-on workshop, you’ll learn about some common springtime herbs, exploring their traditional uses and how they can be incorporated into everyday life.

This March, join me for a hands-on herbal training workshop exploring traditional spring practices and how they can be used simply and confidently at home to support wellbeing and vitality.

Rooted in herbal tradition and seasonal living, this will be a relaxed, practical session in a small, friendly group.

Herbal Science Workshops 2026 (Exmoor / Dulverton)

I’m planning a fresh set of small-group workshops for 2026 — practical, grounded sessions, focused on everyday wellbeing and confidence with herbs.

Planned workshop themes for 2026:

• Spring Tonic – gentle seasonal support + simple herbal routines
• Digestive Support – practical, everyday approaches for gut comfort
• Herbal Calm – sleep & stress support for real life
• Menopause & Me – a grounded guide to perimenopause & menopause

Dulverton workshops resume from late April 2026 and dates will be released in the next few weeks.

This winter has been incredibly busy and I’m now completely sold out of teas for the season. I’m so grateful for all your support.

If you still hope to pick up a blend or two, the wonderful Exmoor Deli in Dulverton continues to stock a selection of my teas.

I’ll be restocking over the winter and returning in 2026 with fresh batches and a new programme of herbal medicine workshops here in Exmoor — more details coming soon.

Yuletide Joy has arrived at Exmoor Deli, Dulverton!

I’m delighted to share that Exmoor Deli is now stocking my festive herbal tea blend, Yuletide Joy — a cosy, spiced infusion inspired by a Dickensian Christmas in a cup.
