I really have learned that i had to slow down these past few months and that I need to look after me! While recovering I was very impatient to be back exercising, lifting weights etc but then I realised that all I need is movement!
Movement and lymph work are the way forward..... I am obsessed....in a good way π₯° So I have a new daily routine that feels gentle but I know is doing the job of keeping my lymph moving, my joints and bones healthy, my heart pumping, my legs strong and my mind healthy β€οΈ
I sit at a desk all day so it is even more important for me to be doing these things. Although I have forgotten to add something to this list.... a bath.....I love a hot bath at night.....especially the winter nights......with some epson salts, some essential oils and my aurora lamp.... perfect end to the day!
I will share it all in detail over the next week or so but highly recommend as I feel great π
