I quickly built strong relationships with local health professionals, who regularly referred clients for rehabilitation. After leaving the corporate world in 2023, I have became even more passionate about promoting health and wellbeing. I focus on delivering inclusive, small-group classes in a supportive environment — ideal for improving flexibility, building strength, and reducing stress.

Tonight at our Yin Yoga & Guided Meditation in Green Tree Remedies we'll tap into the courageous energy of the Leo full moon, known as the Snow Moon.

You’ll be encouraged to release what no longer serves you, making space for new energy and opportunities.
Focusing on the lion standing tall, confident and proud, use the moonlight to let go of what’s holding you back, embracing your courage and trusting your own strength.

The Snow moon will be visible for a few days as its one of the highest in the sky during the winter, hopefully you will have a chance to see it in its full glory, it was covered with cloud last night, pause and take a moment of reflection 🙏

6-7 pm
Focusing on posture, mobility, balance and core strength.

Yin Yoga and Guided Meditation
✨️ Green Tree Remedies 7.15-8.15 pm
A slower paced seated/lying yoga class where postures are held for longer
helping quieten your mind, followed by guided meditation

Both Pilates and Yoga improve body awareness and overall wellbeing and are suitable for all levels

Our Story

Pilates for Life was founded in 2009 by Pilates Instructor Eileen Hill, having attained qualifications in Health and Fitness Leadership from The University of Strathclyde and Future Fit. Initially working with small groups delivering mat based Pilates Eileen quickly established herself with local health professionals who referred their clients for rehabilitation and home visits. Eileen grew the business in Glasgow delivering local classes along with sessions for Scottish Government employees in the UK before relocating in 2015 to Dubai where she uses her professional expertise to ensure her clients feel relaxed in a professional atmosphere and the emphasis is on their needs.

Returning to Glasgow in 2020 Eileen is confident she can bring a fresh perspective to your sessions
