To all my fabulous clients and supporters, I hope you have a very merry Christmas. I’m working on the 29th but I’m fully booked. First daytime availability is the 6th January and first evening availability is 14th January.

Best I have felt for a long time running! I had to take a few weeks off from running last month due to an injury from a car accident. It really dented my confidence and I was so close to not doing this race today. So glad I did as I loved it!!!! First race since London marathon 2024 😃 here’s to a winter of marathon training for Manchester marathon 2025.
I will be getting myself booked in for a much needed post run massage this week. If your body needs some tlc for whatever reason then get booked in. ❤️

So happy to have completed my massage training with the Western School of Massage and now be working as a tutor for them!
If you are thinking about a career change or as a sideline the school really is the best place to train.

Another year of courses is almost complete…
And it’s been another brilliantly successful year for all of our students & staff.

2026 brings with it Lynne’s 10 year anniversary of owning the school (and the schools 29th year of business🤯).

Ever feel puzzled about what massage treatment you should book? It can be so confusing.
At FM Massage you don’t need to worry. You simply book your time with Fiona and your massage treatment is tailored to your needs. The only exception to this is manual lymphatic drainage which is booked separately.
How does Fiona do this?!
• When you book your first appointment you receive a new client intake form.
• At the beginning of your appointment the form is reviewed and your reasons for booking discussed.
• Based on the discussion further assessment may be carried out and a treatment planned developed and discussed.
• There is always the opportunity to ask questions before treatment begins.

No confused face, like Fiona’s 😂, and no stress about what to book.

Can’t quite believe it’s been a year since I opened the doors to FM Massage. It’s been a fantastic year and I can’t thank everyone who has supported me. Here’s to many more years doing what I love. ❤️

FM massage is back open on Wednesday!!!! 2 more days of relaxing by the pool for me then back to doing what I love. It’s so refreshing to not have the “return to work dread” towards the end of a holiday.
My diary is super busy this week with some availability on Saturday. Next week there are more apps available which can be booked using the link in bio. ❤
