🪑💃🎨 Fun & Creativity at Alderwood House! 🎨💃🪑

We love keeping active and creative here at Alderwood House!

Our residents took part in some energetic chair Zumba, led by our fabulous colleague Mel, who was all dressed up and ready to groove! 🎶💪

Afterwards, it was time to wind down with some relaxing arts & crafts, bringing colour, smiles, and creativity to the day. 🖌️🌸

Thank you to everyone who took part and helped make it such a joyful experience! 💛

Our resident Stuart had a fantastic time at the Dumbarton v Hearts B football game - a day full of excitement, cheers, and unforgettable moments! 🥳👏

A huge thank you to our wonderful colleague Dan, who organised this special outing.

It was smiles all around as memories were made and Stuart enjoyed every minute of the match day experience. 💛⚽

🎱🏆 Pool Tournament Fun at Alderwood! 🏆🎱

Things got competitive at Alderwood House as our residents took part in a fantastic pool tournament — and what a game it was! 😄👏

With plenty of focus, friendly rivalry, and lots of laughter, everyone gave it their all… but there could only be one winner! A huge congratulations to Wanda, who was absolutely delighted with her well-earned prizes 🎉💐

A big thank you to our amazing colleagues for organising such a fun-filled event and creating a brilliant atmosphere for everyone to enjoy 💛

We recently hosted a special day dedicated to non-alcoholic beer and delicious pies — and what a treat it was! Our Residents enjoyed every sip and bite, and the smiles said it all.

It was a heart-warming afternoon filled with laughter, great company, and tasty indulgence — a perfect reminder of the joy that comes from simple pleasures shared together.

🧀🍷 A Cheesy Celebration at Alderwood House! 🍷🧀

We marked National Cheese and Wine Afternoon in style with a beautifully themed cheese board afternoon tea — and what a delicious day it was! 😋💛

Our residents had a fantastic time helping to set up the event, and their hard work was rewarded with a delightful spread of cheeses, treats, and great company. From start to finish, the day was filled with laughter, teamwork, and plenty of tasty bites! 🥂🧁
