💜 I often wonder what advice I’d give my younger self if I had the chance.
✨
I think that the most relevant advise would be, Do Not Hold Resentment.
A wise person once said that resentment & anger, is the punishment we give to ourselves for other people’s mistakes.
This makes sense if you think about it. You drown in bitterness at how you’ve been treated, and for what end achievement?...
✨
The other piece of advice that was taught to me not so long ago, by a very wise friend & teacher, is that One Action you have made that you regret, Doesn’t Define You..

Which is also true. We make so many mistakes in life, ALL of us, this is how we learn and become better people.

If you apply both these to your life, you will feel a sense of inner peace never experienced before.
✨
So, go on.., do your mind, body & soul a favour. Forgive Yourself & Be Proud Of All You Have Learned In Life.
