Really excited to be able to offer more services and welcome Megan to Sports Solutions. ⬇️⬇️⬇️

Stryde Physiotherapy & Acupuncture is now running a clinic from Sports Solutions from 10am-6pm every Wednesday.

Megan is a Chartered Physiotherapist and qualified Acupuncturist with a background in Sport & Exercise Science and Applied Physiology.

Megan has experience managing a range of musculoskeletal (e.g., neck and back pain, sports injuries, mobility issues etc.) and neurological conditions (e.g., Stroke, MS, Parkinson’s etc.).

Spent last weekend out in Belgium supporting scholarship athletes at the championships and also commentating for the elite women’s short track race.
What a fab weekend, super proud of our little team 💪👊

Unfortunately I don’t have space to take on any new personal training clients at the beginning of the year but if you are interested in getting started in the gym please do drop me a message. I'm currently away in Europe for a couple of weeks. First stop, Molveno, for the XTERRA World Championships. I'm not competing but really excited to be part of the commentary team for the elite women's racing. I'm then heading over to Frejus in the South of France to compete in the UCI Canyon Roc Marathon at Roc d'Azur.
