My soul is smiling and jumping around inside me right now 😂because I am finally listening & found the courage to step into my truth. Not to hold back, but to stand tall & be confident in who I am, not who others want me to be.

This is still a journey and I no doubt will continue to learn & evolve as I go.

But I know in this moment,

A new name for The Hidden Sanctuary ✨️ A new energy✨️

Are you ready for a New Chapter?
I certainly am so I'm not going to keep it from you any longer 😃✨️

Changes have been unfolding behind the scenes. My website is currently being redesigned, along with a new domain and email address as part of my rebrand that reflects where my work has naturally evolved to.

While I originally thought I would wait until the new website launches, it felt right to share this with you now. As I start to change the name on social media & on my booking system.

Over the years, The Hidden Sanctuary, Holistic Therapies by Lucy has been a beautiful space for relaxation, healing and stepping away from the stresses of everyday life. I am so grateful for everyone who has supported and trusted me along that journey. 🙏💜

✨️RE-BRANDING ✨️

I did previously mention changes would be coming, but even I didn't see this part coming 😂

Recently my brain has been on a mission the last few weeks.

I always have a lot going on in my head but my goodness the ideas have not stopped!! 🥴 no wonder I ended up off last week.

So let me explain a little.....
I had already been planning to change the way I offer my treatments.

Which will be going ahead from April.
All treatments will be replaced by

☯️INTUITIVE SOUL SESSIONS

I will explain more about this in the coming days, but it basically reflects the more spiritual side of my work, where I am already supporting clients through deeper healing and transformation, rather than purely relaxation alone.

While I was pursuing over this idea for a while, it then developed into producing a ✨️6 WEEK PROGRAMME✨️
called ♾️The Soul Pathway♾️

This will also be unfolding over the coming months.

So of course I needed to update my website to reflect these changes.
That lead to changing the logo and my business name too!! 😆

I am not ready to announce the new name or logo just yet. But I wanted to share with you what is happening behind the scenes.😁

I have also been updating clients in person as I see them.
I know the changes within the business will not resonate with some clients and it will no longer be the right fit for them.
But please believe me when I say I appreciate every single 1 of you. 🙏💜

However, sometimes the most loving thing is to acknowledge when a chapter is complete.
To allow new beginnings and opportunities to arise. ✨️
