One of my favorite treatment areas is the hands 🖐🏻🖐🏾🖐🏿

Hands are often overlooked which is surprising considering the wear and tear they go through. However hand massages can contribute to improved circulation, improve motion and flexibility, and reduce inflammation and stress. This is why i often focus on hand massages in my workshops and add on service.

In your appointment I blend my own oils to provide you with a bespoke experience. But between appointments you can take a little moment and massage in your favorite hand creams to rejuvenate tired hands.

Here are just a few of my favorites:
- Resurrection Aromatique by which contains mandarin rind, rosemary leaf, cedar atlas.

- No 195 by which contains Grapefruit leaf, lavender and aloe vera.
