This cause is so close to my heart – Kidney Research UK.

Throughout August, I set myself the challenge of 120 squats a day. Due to surgery, I managed 10 days — but that still adds up to 1,200 squats in total! 💪🍑

With the brilliant support of my PT, Ellie McCormick, we mixed it up with 6 different squat variations. Let’s just say… the stairs and chairs were NOT my friends at first 😂 But as the days went by, it got easier, and I’ve ended up with a stronger body (and a rounder bum!).
